At Insurance Day, they showed how to find the balance between conventional processes and the new ecosystem culture of brokers. This talk was moderated by Fabio Dragone, Director at Bradesco Seguros. According to Fabio, this is the biggest challenge to keep the company focused on its reference model while adapting to different and more modern businesses. This balance was achieved at Bradesco with the support of InovaBra, a startup acceleration program.
